ALLIES Family Solutions is a community based, fully credentialed Mental Health Clinic and Developmental Disabilities Agency. ALLIES offers a wide range of services to children and families, with an emphasis on evidence based practices.

Mental Health Services

Therapy and Counseling

ALLIES offers individual psychotherapy and, family therapy and couples counseling.  All of the psychotherapies provided at ALLIES are predominantly cognitive behavioral and skills based in nature. We have an outstanding track record of helping kids and adults with anxiety, depression, anger and behavioral concerns using evidence based approaches.

Psychological Assessment 

Good psychological services start with a good assessment.  That is why Dr. Atkins and her team provide comprehensive evaluations geared toward differential diagnosis and determining the best course of action regarding treatment needs.

Community Based Rehabilitative Support

CBRS service is a mental health service that targets individuals that have severe compromised functioning due to a mental illness.  Such individuals need care above and beyond traditional weekly outpatient model. CBRS is provided to both children and adults and are delivered in that person’s natural environment.  CBRS services typically involves individual skills training and community reintegration services.

Case Management

ALLIES offers mental health Case Management to children and adults who have high needs or have a clinical risk of increased level of care. The foal of these services is to identify those needs and assist the family in accessing and utilizing community resources to maximize rehabilitation, coordinate care and promote independent living. Case Management can be provided in the home, community or the office, and are offered at a frequency based on the needs of the individual.

Developmental Disability Agency Services

Behavioral Intervention

Behavioral Intervention (BI) Services provide opportunities to improve the child’s adaptive living skills and to diminish maladaptive behaviors. Intervention services are outcome based therapeutic services delivered by a specialist or professional therapists. Our therapists have great experience; training and education that is always ongoing.

Caregiver Training 

Caregiver Training involves working with caregivers on a one-on-one basis to support the family with intervention techniques as outlined in your child's plan of service base on your family's needs.

Community Based Supports

Community Based Supports (CBS) provides opportunities for children with a developmental disability to explore interests and generalize skills learned in a natural setting. CBS occurs out in the community giving children the opportunity to socialize and communicate with typical peers.

Respite

Respite is caregiver relief provided on an intermittent short term basis by trained Community Based Supports and involves providing supervision for a child in the home, community or center.
